 DeltaQuest Offices 

DeltaQuest was established in Cyprus in 1998 by a group of successful individuals with many years of experience in different fields of business life: law, accounting, banking, investments and financial services. Our main business is the setting up and management of offshore and onshore companies and trusts worldwide in order to assist our clients with tax planning and asset protection. Our range of services also includes such related issues as opening of offshore bank accounts, merchant accounts, corporate structuring, tax planning and legal assistance. We have one of the largest offshore and tax knowledge databases in the Internet offering accurate and constantly updated information on the latest developments in all recognized international financial centers regarding taxation, corporate law, banking, business and investment environment. 

We currently manage a large portfolio of clientele, which includes publicly listed and international private companies, as well as professional law and accountancy firms. Our more typical client, though, is an individual investor or business person, who requires some technical, but practical advice, a relatively simple structure and a comprehensive, but competitively priced ongoing administration service. Our services and support are delivered, where possible, in the client's spoken language.

What can our clients expect from us? All our clients' email and fax messages will be noticed immediately. Often they will be answered by return. If a client does not receive an immediate response, we assure that we are dealing with it and it will be sent shortly. It will usually be one individual who will deal with a client's question and carry it through. If the matter requires the attention of a particular person from our staff, the reference will be made clearly and the same individual-attention rule will apply again.

We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on the progress of their orders or other instructions. If the client does not hear from us, it is not because the matter is neglected - it just means that we are doing all we can to complete clients' order and will inform the client as soon as the job is done.

We do realize that sometimes client needed it yesterday. We do not promise miracles, but we have made our system as efficient as possible. However, in some services like company incorporation or opening of bank accounts, we often depend on others to complete the task. These are government agencies and departments, embassies, notaries, banks, couriers, etc. We will do our best to provide the fastest turnaround possible, but our clients' understanding will be greatly appreciated if sometimes there is some small delay. Our client's time is precious, therefore it is our commitment to deal with all requested issues in an efficient and timely manner - if we can do it today, it will be done.
